Bambi Dean Sheley was born to Bonnie Ingvall and Darrald Smith on June 8, 1949 in Spencer, Iowa and was later raised by Bonnie and John Ingvall. She lived and was educated in Spencer before moving to Milford, Iowa in 1976. She lived briefly in San Diego and Ocean Beach California before returning to Milford.
She was united in marriage to Max Edward Sheley on June 22, 1969 in Jackson, Minnesota. She worked as a children's librarian and most recently at Four Seasons Resort in the Lakes Area. She enjoyed reading, camping, birds, butterflies, angels and most importantly time spent with her family.
Bambi passed away May 3, 2010 at the Milford Nursing Center in Milford, Iowa at sixty years of age.
She is survived by her husband, Max E. Sheley; daughters, Ginger Waskow and her husband Tim and Niki Origer and her husband, Dan; son, Todd Steward; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; parents, Bonnie and John Ingvall; sisters, Jessi Long and her husband, Steve and Angie Schulz and her husband, Gary.
Bambi was preceded in death by her father, Darrald Smith and one son, Robert John Reed.
