Barry Shinn

There will be no services at this time for Barry Shinn. Barry Shinn, the son of Howard E. and Ruth E. Shinn, was born February 6, 1956 in Grand Haven, Michigan. Barry worked for the Spencer Airport and later for the Milford Cable Company. He enjoyed working in the garage, hunting and asparagus hunting. He also did a lot of recycling until he was no longer able to. Barry passed away March 18, 2020 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at sixty-four years of age. He is survived by his brother, Randy Shinn of Grand Haven, Michigan; brother, Dan Shinn (Becky) of Vancouver, Washington; sister, Jane Shinn Futch (Brian Williams) of Taos, New Mexico; numerous nieces and nephews; his best friend and partner, Mige Hyatt and many friends. Barry was preceded in death by his father in 1992; mother in 1999 and brother, Wendell in 2014.
