Inez Estrem was born October 23, 1914 in Huxley, Iowa, the daughter of Isabella (Dobbe) and Lewis Larson. She completed high school in Huxley, Iowa. On March 23, 1935, Inez was united in marriage to LeRoy Estrem.
She was always very interested in her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved her home, needle work, sewing and quilt making. She also enjoyed gardening, flowers and reading. She was very generous, practical and was a great mother, wife and grandma. Inez was a very intelligent and thankful person and appreciated everyone who cared for her.
Inez passed away on April 1, 2011 at the Emmetsburg Care Center in Emmetsburg, Iowa at ninety-six years of age.
She is survived by her sister, Dorothy; brother, Edward and his wife, Ruth; two daughters, Roslyn and her husband, Norman and Janice and her husband, Bruce; eight grandchildren, Jeff and his wife, Sarah, Ryan and his wife, Jori, Jill, Heidi and her husband, Marc, Adam, Mark and his wife, Allison, Lindsey and her husband, Joe; ten great-grandchildren, Stacie, Ryan, Sophie, Gracie, Jaden, Emma Kate, Caroline, Hudson, Charlotte and Natalie; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy; daughter, Ann; grandson, Greg; brother, Robert and his wife, Lucy; sisters, Katherine and Lucille and her husband, Bob; brother-in-law, Marvin.
