Linda Lee Kosiba

Linda Lee Kosiba was born November 17, 1952 in Sioux City, Iowa to Ronald and Beulah (Perry) Powell. She lived in Cheyenne, Wyoming until the last few months when she resided in Spirit Lake with her sister, Carol Voss, who cared for her and shared many happy memories. Linda loved her dogs who comforted her during her illness. She is survived by her son, Jerry Kosiba of Cheyenne, Wyoming, grandchildren, Collin Kosiba, Joshua Kosiba, brother Ronald Powell of Champlin, Minnesota; sisters Dawn (Bob) Clark of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, JoAnn (Martin) L. Toben of Westfield, Iowa, Gayle (Ray) Ryder of New Castle Colorado, Carol (Bill) Voss of Spirit Lake, Iowa.
