Marcia Marchand

A burial service will be held at a later date for Marcia Marchand, age 68, of Milford. Marcia Joyce (Ross) Marchand was born to Herbert and Anna (Parr) Ross on November 24, 1946 in Spirit Lake, Iowa. She was united in marriage on August 1, 1962 to Francis Jack Marchand. To this union, they had four children, Francis Jack Jr., Daniel, Teresa and Jane. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and making quilts. She also enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family. Marcia went to be with the Lord on September 10, 2015 at sixty-eight years of age. Her death was very unexpected and she will be missed by all that knew her. Marcia was survived by her husband, Jack; children, Daniel, Teresa (Dorman) Walker and Jane (Steve) VandeWeerd; four grandchildren, Heather Marchand, Heath (Jessica) Marchand, Hope (Jonathon) Crowhurst and Austin Verdoorn; three great-grandchildren, Dominic and Makenzie Connor and Kennedy Marchand. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Anna Ross; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Marchand; siblings, Josephine Ross, Patricia and Harold Smith, Gene Skipper and Judy Ross; also her oldest son, Francis Jack Marchand, Jr. Condolences may be sent to Jack's home.
