Patricia Jean Paskert, the daughter of Donald and Carolyne (Kirkwood) Laubenthal, was born August 9, 1961 in Spencer, Iowa. After graduating from high school, Pat received her Associates Degree in Accounting from the Spencer School of Business. She lived in Cylinder, Iowa before moving to Lake Park, Iowa in 1986. Pat worked as a plant manager at GCC Ready Mix in Lake Park.
Pat enjoyed being outdoors, gardening, cooking baking and grilling. She also like to sew, read and especially loved her time with her grandchildren, friends and family. She was a member of the Lake Park United Methodist Church and the Kansas City Barbeque Society.
Pat passed away on March 10, 2013 at her home in Lake Park, Iowa at fifty-one years of age.
She is survived by her son, Josh (Jennifer) Paskert and their children Braeton, Ashlyn and an exchange student, Paul Teufel, of Lake Park; daughter, Jessie (Mike) Warburton of Milford; son, Jake (Anne) Paskert and their daughter, Bailey, of Polk City, IA; daughter, Jenna Ehret and her special friend, Jared Wolthuis, of Milford; brother, Joel Laubenthal of Cylinder, IA; sister, Sarah (Cliff) Steffen of Ruthven, IA; brother, Rich (Pat) Laubenthal of Whittemore, IA; sister, Donna (Mike) Faulkingham of Knob Noster, MO; sister, Susan Stearns and her special friend, Dave, of Graettinger, IA; six nieces and nephews and many more relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Carolyne Laubenthal.
