Wendy Marie (Koenen) Tuttle, 45, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021 surrounded by her family.

Wendy was born on October 29, 1976, to Bob and Pam (Crumlett) Koenen, in Spencer, IA. She lived in the Iowa Great Lakes Region her entire life, moving to Fostoria in 2005. Wendy attended and graduated from Okoboji High School in 1995. After high school, she went on to attend and graduate from Lakes Region Community College in 1997. After graduation, Wendy began to work as a Graphic Designer for Amy's Sign Design, a job that she loved, for over 20 years. She was also a member of the Calvary Methodist Church in Arnolds Park, IA.

Wendy had a zest for life that was contagious. She could brighten your day just by being around her and you could always tell when she was in a room, just by her laughter. Wendy was a good friend and a loving daughter to her parents. She was very close to her sisters, Ashley and Delani, and the older everyone got, the closer they became. Wendy has a multitude of friends that can confirm what a wonderful and true friend she was. But above all else, Wendy's life was her children, Olivia and Elliott. Wendy would have walked through fire for them both. There is nothing she wouldn't do or try to make something happen if it would benefit their life and happiness.

She is survived by her husband Chad Tuttle, whom she married on March 12, 2001, in Las Vegas NV, and the lights of her life, her children, Olivia and Elliott Tuttle of Fostoria, IA; mother and step-father, Pam and Ken Forbragd of Leonard, MN; step-mother, Deb Koenen of Arnolds Park, IA; sisters, Ashley (Tim) Conner of Sartell, MN and Delani (Drew) Von Spreecken of St. Louis Park, MN; and her parents in-law, Vern and Colleen Mein of Estherville, IA. Wendy is also survived by her nieces, Harper and Ellison Conner; her step-sister, Nicole Forbragd and her children, MyCayla, Camryn, and SaRiyah; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

She was proceeded in death by her father, Bob, uncles, and grandparents.
